Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014, 10 a.m. – A Bardstown man was indicted Wednesday, Aug 20, 2014, on 466 counts of possession of child pornography.
James D. Leslie, 51, was indicted by a Nelson Circuit Court grand jury in a 67-page indictment of possession matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor between Aug. 15 and Nov. 8, 2012.
Bail was set at $50,000 cash only, plus conditions. Leslie will be arraigned on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014, in Nelson Circuit Court.
