Boil water advisory continues for areas along West Stephen Foster

Thursday, April 9, 2015 — The Boil Water Advisory continues Thursday for all city water customers along West Stephen Foster between St. Joseph School and Kennett Avenue; including 104 to 126 Barton Road and south of St. Joseph Church to 312 Cathedral Manor.

The advisory was issued Wednesday due to water valve maintenance that was undertaken on Wednesday on West Stephen Foster, and is anticipated to lifted today Friday.

Customers may experience low or intermittent water pressure, and drinking water should be boiled as a precautionary measure. Let water taps run until water runs clear before using it for laundry or cooking. If discoloration or air persists, please call Bardstown City Hall, (502) 348-5947, ext. 2270.
