Brenda Reid, 68, of Bardstown, died Wednesday April 11, 2012, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born Oct. 17, 1943, in Louisville. She was owner of Fast Food Mart, a member of Bardstown Moose Lodge, and of the Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cleve Miles; and one brother, Tommy Miles.
She is survived by two daughters, Robin Reid of Lexington, and Lydia Reid of Louisville; her mother, Helen Miles of Louisville; five sisters, Jeanette Burdette, and Mary Hagan, both of Louisville, Rita Goldstein of Bardstown, Sheila Smith of Harrodsburg, and Monica Mills of Louisville; and four brothers, Mark Miles of Mount Washington, Gus Miles of Bardstown, Donnie Miles of Loretto, and Benny Miles of Louisville.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Barlow Funeral Home.
Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Barlow Funeral Home.
