City public works plans water line maintenance in Hurstland Drive area

NC GAZETTE / WBRT RADIO
STAFF REPORT

Monday, Aug. 21, 2017 — The City of Bardstown’s Water Department will be conducting scheduled maintenance in the Hurstland Drive area on Tuesday, Aug. 22, starting at about 9 a.m.

Water customers who live between 102-112 Hurstland Drive and at 434 Templin Ave. will experience temporary water loss or low water pressure.

When water service is restored, these customers will be under a Boil Water advisory, requiring all drinking water to be boiled as a precautionary measure.

This boil water advisory notice will be in effect for approximately 2-3 days. The City will notify customers when the advisory is lifted. If discoloration or air persists, please call City Hall at 502-348-5947.
