Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018 — A Cox’s Creek man was indicted Wednesday by a Nelson County grand jury on charges of rape and incest.
Rocky Breedlove, 55, of Cox’s Creek was charged with 17 counts of first-degree rape and 17 counts of incest.
According to the indictment, sometime between 2010 and 2018, Breedlove allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion with someone he knew to be a blood relative. Bail was set at $200,000 cash only, plus conditions.
Breedlove is scheduled to be arraigned in Nelson Circuit Court at 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019.
