Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, 2:10 a.m. — Nelson County EMS was requested to respond to the Kentucky Bourbon Festival Boots ‘n’ Bourbon event at the Guthrie Opportunity Center, 900 Nutter Drive, for a woman who was passed out in the bathroom. A city police officer at the event contacted Nelson County Dispatch to request EMS. The woman refused treatment and transport by EMS.
