Friday, April 4, 2014, 9:55 a.m. — The Rolling Fork River valley near Boston is under a flood warning issued Friday morning by the National Weather Service. The warning is effective through late Sunday morning.
The river is expected to reach flood stage of 35 feet Saturday morning and crest that evening near 35.7 feet. The river is expected to drop below flood stage late Sunday morning.
Minor flooding of agricultural bottomland is expected.
