Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, 8:30 p.m. — Franklin Hibbs III filed Thursday to keep his seat on the Bardstown Independent Schools board of education.
Hibbs, 56, is a resident of North Fourth Street and an incumbent board member who occupies one of the two at-large seats on the five-member school board on the ballot for the Nov. 8 election.
The deadline to file for the non-partisan local offices on the November ballot is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016.
