Daniel Emory Dowell, 81, theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000; violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Alan William Burns, 28, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
Jacob E. Wimsett, 20, theft of identity of another without consent; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces); operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; speeding, 15 mph over limit.
