Anthony John Brown, 49, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure to wear selt bets; possesion of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.
Scotty Lee Johnson, 39, trafficking in marijuana (8 ounces to less than 5 lbs); possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
