James Allen Scrogham, 27, cultivate in marijuana, five plants or more and complicity to the same; deliver/manufacture of drug paraphernalia; any misdemeanor charge not covered by violation codes.
Santana Lee Kays, 20, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
