Donald Joseph Hedges, 51, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; reckless driving; failure to notify address change to the Department of Transporation.
Bradley S. Williams, 37, operating on a suspended or revoked license; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to wear seatbelts; no registration plates; no registration receipts.
Ouckie J. Hughes, 30, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, less than 4 grams cocaine; complicity to trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, more than 4 grams cocaine; trafficking in controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school; possession of drug paraphernalia; probation violation (for felony offense); failure to appear; persistent felony offender, first-degree (2 counts).
Michael Nick Crume, 25, theft by unlawful taking or dispositon, all others.
Coy Lee Tucker, 26, assault, second-degree; assault, second-degree, domestic violence; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others; intimidating a participant in the legal process; failure to appear; persistent felony offender, second-degree.
Harold Thomas Jackson, 44, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
