James Sherman Clements Jr., 69, Bardstown, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Life Care Center of Bardstown. He was a 1960 graduate of St. Joseph Preparatory School, a former employee of Simpson Motor Company and General Electric. He was an Army veteran having served with Battery C., 4th Missile Batallion, 562nd Artillery stationed at Alvarado, Texas. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Hammer officiating. Cremation will follow the ceremony.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
