Jane Nethery Gray, 62, of Georgetown, formerly of Bardstown, died Friday, July 12, 2013, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was a retired school teacher in Bullitt and Grant County and was a Kentucky Colonel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Beatrice Thomas Nethery.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth B. Gray; one daughter, Allison (Jacob) Stone of Lexington; one one son, Jason Gray of Dayton, Ohio.
A celebration of her life is 3-6 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road, Bardstown.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the Markey Cancer Center of Lexington.
Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
