Marion Francis “Jughead” Wright, 67, of Loretto, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 at UK Markey Cancer Center in Lexington.
Born Aug. 27, 1944, in Louisville, he was a former employee of HTP Inc. in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everette Thomas Wright and Lillian Maude Jewell Wright; two sisters, Mary Jane McKune and Betty Jo Wright; and five brothers, Jimmy, Frank, Doc, Bobby and Leonard Wright.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Holladay Wright; three sons, Frankie and Raymond Wright, both of Louisville and Eric (Michelle) Holladay of Loretto; three daughters, Renee Bryant of Columbia, Serena (Jason) Hagan of Loretto and Diana (Donathan) Holladay of Shepherdsville; two brothers, Bill Wright and Donnie (Pat) Wright, all of Louisville; one sister, Sue Wright of Louisville; and eleven grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with cremation to follow.
Visitation is 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at Mattingly Funeral Home.
