Martin David Milburn, 59, of Chaplin, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown.
He was a native of Nelson County and a former employee of Bardstown Mills.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Clark Milburn; two daughters, Lisa Milburn Basham of Chaplin and Tara Vasseur of Bloomfield; and one son, Joseph “Joey” Milburn of Chaplin.
A Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2012, at the Pillar of Faith Church in Willisburg with Pastor Louie Baker officiated.
The Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield in charge of arrangements.
