
Annette Clark Pyle, 96, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was born March 31, 1917 in New Hope. She was a Catholic by faith. She worked at Bardstown Laundry for many years and retired from Sunbeam Laundry in Bardstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Pyle; her parents, John Thomas and Frances Geneva Hagan Clark; four sisters, Blanch Clark, Lillie Elmore, Pearl Downs and Georgie Clark; three brothers, Perman Clark, J.H. Clark and Edward Clark.
She is survived by one son, Joseph Richard “J.R.” Culver (Nancy) of Cincinnati; one brother, Joseph Leon Clark (Bertie) of Bardstown; one granddaughter, Regina Lee White of Cincinnati; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at St. Thomas Catholic Church with the Rev. Jeff Hopper officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, and 9-10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.
