Anthony Garland Burba, 85, of Bardstown, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at Life Care Center of 
Bardstown. He was born March 16, 1929, in Bardstown. He was a retired maintenance employee for the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Iva Cissell Burba.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Coulter Burba of Bardstown; one daughter, Brenda Burba of Dayton; one son, Joey Smith of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews; and a special niece, Karen Thompson, who was also her caregiver.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at the funeral home.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
