Anthony Glenn Smith, 46, of Louisville, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was an employee 
of Lowe’s and a deacon at Kings Baptist Church in Mount Washington.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Ann Masden Neal.
Survivors include his wife, Gwen Etherton Smith; two daughters, Courtney Smith and Mackenzie Smith; his father, Dean Keith Smith; one sister, Renee Golway (Michael); and two brothers, Brian Smith (Tammy) and Jeff Smith.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with the Rev. Dale Fields officiating. Burial is in the Deer Haven Cemetery.
Visitation is noon-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, and 9-11 a.m. Oct. 18, 2014, at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
