Audrey Lavone Ackerman, 98, of Bardstown, died Sunday, April 27, 
2014, at Windsor Gardens of Bardstown. She was born Feb. 22, 1916, in Ada, Ohio. She was a retired medical abstractor from the University Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. She attended Parkway Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Guy S. and Alice Stoner Ackerman; one sister, Shirley Mae Ackerman; and one brother, Dallas Ackerman.
She is survived by her niece, Lavone Koernke of Bardstown; and one nephew, Duane Ackerman of Missouri.
The funeral is 10 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2014, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Moody Bible Institute, 820 N. LaSalle Blvd., Chicago, IL 60610.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
