Barbara Ann Sullivan, 78, of Louisville, formerly of Lebanon, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, at Baptist Hospital East. She 
was born Sept. 9, 1936, in Perryville. She worked at Southall Pharmacy, Jane & Linda Sportswear, and Southern Homecare. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Hallie Milburn Whitehouse; and one infant son, Larry Ray Sullivan.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda (David) Atzinger and Margaret Sullivan, both of Louisville; one son, Roger (Tisha) Sullivan of Louisville; two sisters, Lucille McCarty of Lebanon and Naoma Shepperson of Louisville; one brother, Tommy (Dianne) Whitehouse of Lebanon; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by Dr. David Whitlock. Burial is in the Haysville Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at the funeral home.
