Benjamin Farris “Ben” O’Daniel, 44, of Lexington, died Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, at his residence. He was founder and owner of Southeast Vintners and Jean Farris Winery & Bistro in Lexington.
Survivors include his wife, Jean; four daughters, Bridget O’Daniel of Louisville, Maggie O’Daniel and Bentley O’Daniel, both of Lexington and Izabella O’Daniel of Conway, Ark.; his mother, Phyllis Spalding O’Daniel of Louisville; his father, Eddie O’Daniel of Bloomfield; one sister, Katie MacDonald of Louisville; one brother, Paul O’Daniel of Louisville; and his paternal grandmother, Pauline Hamilton O’Daniel of Springfield.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Rose Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 9-10:40 a.m. Saturday at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield.
