Bryan Thomas Kelty, 24, of Cissellville Road, Springfield, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
Survivors include his parents, Steve and Kim Matherly Kelty of Springfield; one sister, Jennifer Kelty of Springfield; one brother, Michael Kelty (Emily) of Springfield; his maternal grandmother, Kay Trayner of Springfield; his paternal grandfather, Wilburn Kelty of Springfield; two nieces; one nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at St. Rose Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, and 7-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a prayer service 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial donations may go to the Washington County Rescue Squad.
