Carol Jean Spalding, 58, of Lebanon, died Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. She was born Sept. 23, 1956, in Lebanon. She was a former employee of Montebello 
Packaging Company and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Nannie Hayden Spalding; one sister, Mary Spalding; and three brothers, Joseph Spalding, Charles Spalding and Jeff Spalding.
Survivors include three daughters, Devon (Lamont Moffitt), DeLana Hall, and DeLena (Demechtris) Francisco, all of Lebanon; two sons, Robert “Boobie” (Amy Richardson) Spalding of Lebanon, D.J. Hall of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two brothers, Hubert Spalding of San Antonio, Texas and William Spalding of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer services at 7 p.m.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
