Carolyn Marie Mullins Henderson, 79, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, in Louisville after an illness. She was born April 17, 1934, to the late William Elton and Hazel Whitlock Mullins.
She is survived by one son, David Allan Henderson of Lebanon; two daughters, Carol Ann Cox of Lebanon and Beverly Corley of Shepherdsville; one sister, Donna (Randolph) Brown of Shepherdsville; one brother, Ural (Dorothy) Mullins of Richmond; six grandchildren, Larry, Eric, Mike, Jay, Alex, and Benardino; and four great-grandchildren, McGwire, Ella, Lily, and Nikita Jae; one special son-in-law, Robert Cox; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral was 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in the Old Liberty Cemetery.
