Cassandra Lee Travis Jones, 67, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018, at her son’s residence in Hodgenville. She was born July 24, 1951, in Bardstown. She was a member of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Ray Travis; and two brothers, Clifford Scott Travis and Paul Travis.
She is survived by one daughter, Alicia Leigh (Brian) Rice of Sophia, N.C.; two sons, Danny Ray (Anna Pruitt) Travis of Hodgenville and Matthew Perry (Laura) Jones of Bardstown; his mother, Thelma Travis of Lebanon Junction; three sisters, Amy Flowers of Denver, Colo., Valeria Fisher of Elkton, and Cynthia Travis of Bardstown; three brothers, Andrew Ray Travis, Patrick Travis, and Stuart Travis, all of Lebanon Junction; and eight grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Sam Johnson officiating.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, and 9-11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at the funeral home.
