Catherine Boswell Spalding, 98, formerly of Lebanon Hill, Springfield, died at 9:38 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Masonic Home in Louisville.
She is survived by five daughters, Peggy Noel (Allen) and Dottie Mullins (Marshall), both of Springfield, Joyce Vessels (Owen) of Georgetown, Texas, Mary Spalding of Danville and Phyllis O’Daniel of Louisville; 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at St. Dominic Catholic Church with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation is 3:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2016, and 7-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with a prayer service at 7 p.m..
