Charles Cloyd Brady, 89, of St. Joe, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Baptist Hospital East. He was born March 26, 1925, in St. Joe. He was a retired farmer, logger, and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Mary Rose Medley Brady; his parents, Benjamin Francis and Cora Lee Stepp Brady; two sisters, Eunice Brady and Lottie Brady Shaw; two brothers, Phillip Brady and Wilbur Brady.
Survivors include four sisters, Cordie Smith of Springfield, Catherine Medley and Bernadine Spalding, both of Bardstown and Theresa Shaw of Fort Myers, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the St. Joe Church Cemetery.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Kosair Children’s Hospital.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
