Curtis Michael Mejia, the 5-day-old son of Hannah McKinney and Martin Mejia, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, in Norton Suburban Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Leo Elijah McKinney of Bardstown; his maternal grandparents, Curtis and Judy McKinney of Louisville; 
his paternal grandparents, Essie Shepherd and Jose Mejia Sr., both of Springfield; and his maternal great-grandmother, Anna Mae Aldridge of Bardstown.
The funeral is 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road with Bro. Jeremy Thompson officiating. Burial is in the Bardstown Cemetery.
Visitation is 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
