Debra Carol Woford, 52, of Bloomfield, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at her home. She was born 
April 16, 1962, in Nelson County. She was a homemaker and farm laborer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George C. and Theresa Lamkin Lewis; and one sister, Joyce Nelson.
She is survived by her husband, Dwight Woford; one daughter, Sarah Woford of Henry County; two sons, Calvin Lee (Meagan) Woford of Bloomfield and J.D. Woford of Chaplin; three sisters, Jeannie (Ronnie) Whitlock of Fairfield, Penny (Cotton) Warner of Mackville, and Betty (Bradley) Smith of Harrodsburg.
Cremation was chosen by the family. A memorial service is 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, at the Chaplin Christian Church with Bro. Paul Hagerman officiating.
Visitation is 3-6 p.m. at the church.
The Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
