Della Louise Milburn, 76, of Cox’s Creek died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, at her home. She was born in Duff, Tenn., on June 6, 1950 to Bascal and Asalee Baird.


She was a retired nurse and a member of the Victory Revival Center in Bloomfield. She was an avid University of Tennessee Volunteers fan. She loved spending time with her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Namon Milburn; two sons, Namon Edward Milburn and Bobby Franklin Milburn; one sister; one brother; and four grandchildren.
She is survived by four daughters, Danielle Morgan, Allison Beckett, Brenda Rogers (Brad), and Donna Nicole Glaze (Roy); one chosen daughter, Brenda Metcalf; five sons, Anson Beckett (Tracy), Frankie Chesser, Sherman Milburn (Adina), Stevie Milburn (Laura) and Terry Milburn (Denise); two sisters, Leona Ronquillo and Linda Dowd; and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The funeral is noon Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, at Victory Revival Center in Bloomfield. Burial is in Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington.
Visitation is 1-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, and 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026 at the church.
Schmid Funeral Home in Mount Washington is in charge of arrangements.
