Delores St. Clair, 76, of Cox’s Creek, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at her home. She was born Oct. 15, 1937, in Nelson County. She was a homemaker and a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl St. Clair; her parents, Maxwell and Mellie Watts St. Clair; one sister, Laverne Watts; her granddaughter, Brittany Renee St. Clair; and her companion, Jessie Lyvers.
She is survived by two sons, James Robert (Tracy) St. Clair of Cox’s Creek and Tom St. Clair of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Amanda St. Clair and Christopher St. Clair, both of Bardstown and Taylor (Matt) Foster and Shane St. Clair, both of Cox’s Creek; two brothers, Jim (Thelma) Watts of Bardstown and Bill (Diane) Watts of Cox’s Creek; two great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jonathan Gann will officiate.
Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, at Barlow Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may go to New Salem Baptist Church Building Fund and for the Cemetery Fund.
