Doloris Ann “Dee” Gray, 66, of Taylorsville, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2018, at her residence. She was born Oct. 11, 1951, in Spencer County to the late Hollie and Nellie Payton Goodlett. She was a former employee of Electro Wire in Shelbyville. She was a homemaker, and loved her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Wayne Goodlett.
She is survived by one daughter, Laura (Shannon) Whitehouse of Taylorsville; one son, Mark (Melanie) Gray of Bloomfield; one sister, Mona Milburn of Chaplin; two brothers, Larry (Patty) Goodlett and Joe (Lossie) Goodlett, both of Taylorsville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral was 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville with Bro. Chad Goodlett officiating. Burial was in Valley Cemetery.
The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
