Donald Ray Perkins, 45, died Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown surrounded by his family. He was born Jan. 9, 1973, to the late Virgil Ray Perkins and Roxie Ann Thompson Perkins. He was raised in the Howardstown area of the county. He was a member of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his wife fo 17 years, Laura Michelle Perkins of Radcliff; his mother, Roxie Ann Thompson Perkins of New Haven; one brother, Patrick Wayne (Amanda) Perkins of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The memorial service is 7 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, in the chapel of the William R. Rust Funeral Home with the Rev. Karl Lusk officiating.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, at the funeral home.
The William R. Rust Funeral Home, 167 N. Main St. in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
