Donna Sue McCullum Ryan, 83, of Lebanon Junction passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, at Baptist Health Hardin.

She was born Dec. 21, 1942 in Jefferson County to her parents, Robert Francis and Mary Alma Smith McCullum.
Donna was a pharmacy technician at Hardin Memorial Hospital, where she received the Dr. Thomas F. Frist Humanitarian Award as an IV tech. She attended the Truth of God Church, was a former member of the Lebanon Junction Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #72 and was remembered for her kindness and the many lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Francis and Mary Alma Smith McCullum; four brothers, Michael, Roger, Phillip and Larry McCullum and one sister, Anna M. Vittitow.
Survivors include her children, Steve Ryan (Joanna), Craig Ryan (Janet), Terry Ryan and Wesley Ryan; brother, David Patrick McCullum (Sally); sister, Joyce Elaine Bott; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild on the way.
A graveside service will be 10 a.m.. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026 at the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery Pavilion.
Trowbridge Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction has been entrusted with the arrangements.
