Dorothy Marie Morehead, 98, of Elizabethtown, died Sunday Jan. 27, 2019, surrounded by the love of her family at her home. She was born in Louisville to William and Emma Eisenbis Weissenberger. She was a long time employee of Pasquale’s Pizza as an assistant manager. She loved helping others and was a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and two sons, Charles Allen Morehead and Gary James Morehead.
She is survived by one daughter, Jean (Mike) Jerbich of Boston; one son, Steven Morehead of Elizabethtown; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren
The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Don Flanigan and the Rev. Tom Wicker officiating. Burial is in Hardin Memorial Park.
Visitation is 10-11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, at the funeral home.
The Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
