Douglas Harold Clapper, 72, of Bardstown, died Sunday, June 25, 2017, at his residence. He was born April 7, 1945, in Shepherdsville to the late Charles 
and Myrtle Bolin Clapper. He was barber and a former state inspector of barber shops. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Masonic Lodge 896.
He is survived by one sister.
A non-ceremonial cremation was chosen with private burial.
Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
