Ida Hazel Powell Brady, 87, of Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Center. She was born on June 1, 1926, in Gravel Switch. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Raymond and Cassie Ann Lanham Powell; one sister, Georgia Parrott; three brothers, Tommy Ray Powell, Lacky Wood Powell, and James Dudleum Powell.
Survivors include her husband, James Wilbur Brady of Lebanon; four daughters, Linda Faye (Austin) Mudd, of Springfield, Wanda Sue (Curtis) Ice, of Bardstown, Patricia Ann Brady and Lisa Michelle Brady, both of Lebanon; two sons, James Larry (Rita) Brady and David Allen (Patricia) Brady, both of Lebanon; two sisters, Gladys Peavy of Lebanon and Pauline Sanchez, of Arizona; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; and her
caregivers, Sue Tucker and T.J. Tungate.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the Lebanon National Cemetery.
Visitations is after 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept 18, 2013, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service 7 p.m. with Deacon Joe Dant.
Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
