James Anthony “Tony” Medley, 74, of Loretto Rd., Springfield, died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Smith Medley; two daughters, Sherri (Patrick) Grigsby of Mount Washington and Terri (Doug) Thomas of Lebanon; one son, Troy (Susan) Medley of Crestwood; two sisters, Imelda Mudd of Springfield and Harriett (Jimmy) Bradshaw of Louisville; one brother, Glen (Sandy) Medley of Springfield; and nine grandchildren.
The funeral is 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, at St. Rose Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019, and 7-9:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield.
Memorial contributions are suggested to go to the St. Rose Legacy Fund.
