Obituary: Janice Lynn Pulliam, 80, Bardstown

Janice Lynn Pulliam, 80, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026 at her home surrounded by family.

She was an employee of Whitehouse and Pulliam Insurance Company. She was a very loving person, who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She was a member of Wickland Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Armand and Jean Peterson; and one brother, Pete Peterson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Warren Pulliam; two sons, Kerry (Stacey) Pulliam, and Darren (Patricia) Pulliam; one sister, Susan Eddings of Glasgow; three brothers, Tommy Peterson of Glasgow, Brad Peterson of North Carolina, and David (Karisa) Peterson of Glasgow; four grandchildren, Jackson Pulliam, Evan Pulliam, Kaley Pulliam, and Ethan Pulliam, all of Bardstown; one great-granddaughter, Lillie Katherine Pulliam of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, at Barlow Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Lynch and Bro. Ray Johnson officiating. Burial is in Highview Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026 and 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026 at Barlow Funeral Home.
