Jerry Allen Masters, age 77, of Mackville, passed away at 6:34 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026 at the Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.

He was born on July 10, 1949 in Lebanon, to the late George Alvin and Elizabeth Milburn Masters.
He was a member of the Thompsonville Baptist Church and a retired contractor.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Carolyn Sue Smith Masters on May 2, 2026; a granddaughter, Brooke Elizabeth Blanford on Dec. 18, 2020; a son-in-law, Jesus Ruiz on May 7, 2021 and a brother, Tony Masters on March 6, 2022.
Survivors include two daughters, Tara Ruiz (Justin Hogendorn) of Bowling Green and Misty Garrett (Joshua) of Greensburg; two granddaughters, Emily Blanford and Katie Russell; a sister, Linda Bates (Wayne) of Frankfort and a brother, Danny Masters (Debbie) of Harrodsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 20th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Nelson Reynolds officiating.
Burial will be in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Robbie Masters and James “Jimmy” Smith.
Serving as casket bearers will be Alvin Masters, Daniel Masters, Robert Masters, George Masters, Joey Smith and Randy Smith.
Visitation will be after 10:00 Thursday morning.
Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
