Obituary: John A. Switser, 64, Lebanon

John A. Switser, 64, of O’Daniel Lane, Lebanon, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, at Green River Lake in Taylor County. He was the meat manager at Parkview IGA in Springfield and served as a fishing guide at Green River Lake for more than 20 years.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Cayton Switser of Lebanon; one sister, Evelyn Roberta Sallee of Springfield; and a nephew, Ike Sallee (Tammy) of Springfield.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 2018, at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, and 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

The Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of arrangements.
