John Franklin (Frank) Howard, 75, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at his residence.
JOHN FRANKLIN HOWARD
Frank Howard was born in Louisiana, Sept. 12, 1950. He was employed at G.E. Vernova as an Energy Tech. He served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam era.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Frank is survived by his wife of 35 years, Robin Howard of Boston, 2 brothers, David Howard and Buddy Howard. He also is survived by 4 sisters Phyllis Jefferies, Jeannie (Charles) Arnold, Vickie (Brian) Burkhardt and Karen Martinson as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Immediate cremation was chosen without visitation or service.
William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel is in charge of services.
