John Garnett Jackson, 30, of New Haven, died Sept. 23, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Jackson; and one sister, Brandi Jackson.
He is survived by one daughter, Brandi Nicole Jackson; one son, Thomas Austin; his father and stepmother, Jerry and Sharon Jackson; and his grandmother, Agnes O. Jackson.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven with burial in the St. Thomas Cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
