Joseph Hubert Cox, 81, of Louisville, formerly of Lebanon, died Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Baptist Health Hospital in Louisville. He was born Jan. 8, 1934, in Lebanon. He was a former employee 
of Mary Immaculate Hospital in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert E. and Mary Catherine Mattingly Cox.
Survivors include one daughter, L. Dianne Cox of Danville; one son, Joseph Edgar Cox of Junction City; one sister, Mary Ann Fisher of Vine Grove; one brother, Earl Thomas Cox of Mount Washington; one granddaughter, Jessica Nicole Lynn; and one great-grandson, Jesse Eugene Lynn.
The funeral is 3 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in the Ryder Cemetery.
Visitation is noon-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
