Obituary: Judith Lynn ‘Judi’ Weidner, 82, Bardstown

Judith Lynn “Judi” Weidner, 82, of Bardstown, died Monday, June 8, 2026, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. She was born July 23, 1943 in Louisville to the late Arnold F. and Alma Oser Phol.

She was a retired employee of Knopp & Flynn Chiropractic and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She loved to do crafts and laundry, and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Norman Weidner; one daughter, Stacie (David) Carrithers of Bardstown; one son, Eric (Christa) Weidner of Brooks; one brother, Rodney (Nancy) Pohl of Louisville; and five grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with the Rev. J. Randall Hubbard officaitng. Burial is in the St. Thomas Church Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with a 5:30 p.m. Wednesday prayer service.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
