Kayla Gabrielle Jordan, 28, of Bardstown, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 20, 1990, in Bloomfield to Roger Dean and Kathy Simpson Jordan. She was an employee of Lowe’s in Bardstown.
In addition to her parents she is survived by one daughter, Emma Hazel of Bardstown; two sons, Blake Hazel and Jaxdon Hazel, both of Bardstown; her fiancé, Chuck Hazel of Bardstown; two sisters, Naomi Newton of Bloomfield and Danielle White of Chaplin; and two brothers, Jacob Jordan of Bloomfield and Noah Jordan of Culvertown.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, at the Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield with cremation to follow.
The Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
