Len Auberry, 57, of Bardstown died Monday, February 19, 2018, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1961, in Bardstown. He was a member of St. Gregory Catholic Church and a former employee of Wal-Mart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Auberry; his paternal grandparents, Mary and Joe Auberry; and his maternal grandparents, Katie and Charlie Burkhead.
He is survived by his wife, Martha DeMar Auberry of Bardstown; one daughter, Andrea Auberry of Bardstown; one son, Lenny (Melody) Auberry of Louisville; his mother, Flora Auberry of Bloomfield; three sisters, Donna Elliott of Bloomfield, Patricia (Rusty) Barnes and Jennifer (Jimmy) Barnes, both of New Haven; one brother, Stephen (Trey) Auberry of New Haven; one grandson, Jasper Auberry of Louisville; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service is noon Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at St. Gregory Catholic Church with burial at a later date with the Rev. Peter Do will officiating.
Visitation is 9-11:15 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at Barlow Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may go to the American Cancer Society.
