Madeline Grace Keene, 3, of Beechwood Drive in Springfield, died Wednesday, May 10, 2016, at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville.
She is survived by her parents, Scott & Karen Miles Keene of Springfield; one sister, Monica Keene (at home), her maternal grandmother, Denise Ballard Miles of Loretto; her paternal grandparents, Ruth Fenwick Harmon (Billy) of Springfield and Ward Keene (Dorothy Wright) of Lebanon; her maternal great-grandmother, Monica Mattingly Ballard of Loretto; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Funeral Mass of the Angels is 11 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016, at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Springfield with burial in the St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016, and 7-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with a 7 p.m. Friday prayer service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family for expenses.
