Nolan Matthew Dale, the infant son of Matthew and Stephanie Dale, died Saturday, May 13, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mickey Dale.
In addition to his parents, he is survived two sisters, Isabell Dale and Trinity Dale; one brother, Devan Dale; his grandparents, Barbara Cardoza of Owensboro, Roscoe Morris of Bardstown and Sherry Dale of Vine Grove.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2950 Shepherdsville Rd. in Elizabethtown with Bishop Christopher Kahn officiating. Burial is in North Hardin Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the church in Elizabethtown.
The Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
